The Black church @ Brasov, Romaina

The Black church is the largest Gothic building in Romania. It was built many years with many interruptions, and construction was started by Bulgarians. The church was burned during the war with the Otoman empire, that’s why it’s called “Black Church.” Legend says that a little boy said to one of the builders that one wall of the church is not vertical. The builder threw the boy from the church bell and buried the corpse to cover up himself. Nowadays the tomb of the boy is inside the church.
